Payments made for consultations, designs, or installations are generally non-refundable once project execution has begun. However, partial refunds may be considered in specific cases where no significant work has been carried out.
If you purchase physical equipment (e.g., solar panels, inverters, or batteries) through our online or partner stores:
Project cancellations requested before initiation may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative and logistic deductions.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
