If you purchase physical equipment (e.g., solar panels, inverters, or batteries) through our online or partner stores:
Refunds or exchanges are available within 7–14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for investigation and replacement.
